In-Store Pickup Policy
We are happy to offer the convenience of in-store pickup for our customers! Here’s how it works:
- Processing Time: Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 PM will be ready for pickup by the next business day. Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Pick Up In Store
We offer in-store pickup at all three of our locations—McKinney, Allen, and Fort Worth—based on product availability.
Fort Worth Only Items:
Products only available at our Fort Worth location (availability by size/color is visible on each product page) are only available for pickup at our Fort Worth location or can be shipped directly to you. Due to distance and timing, these items cannot be transferred to our McKinney or Allen locations.McKinney & Allen Items:
Items available at McKinney or Allen can be transferred between these two locations, allowing you to select your preferred store for pickup.Store Transfers:
If your order requires a store transfer, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. The estimated pickup timeframe will be shown next to your selected location at checkout.Have questions or need to adjust your pickup location?

Picking Up Your Order:
- When you arrive, let any of our associates know you’re there to pick up an order.
- Please have your order confirmation or ready-for-pickup email available to show our team.

Partial Pickups:
- Some items in your order may be ready for pickup sooner than others.
- You can choose to pick up each item as it becomes available or wait for all items to be ready for a single pickup.
