We hope you love your order, but just in case it’s not quite right, we’ve made returns easy!
Return Guidelines
- All return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Clearance items, intimate apparel,Shoes, jewelry, pre-orders, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return.
- All returns are at the customer’s expense.
- Once your return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued to your account to use on our online boutique anytime—no expiration date!
- Shoes are only able to be exchanged for a different size, not for a store credit. They must be in true original condition. If you need to swap sizes- please send us an email at Info@apricotlanemckinney.com before you send the item back to us, to make sure we have the size you need.
How to Submit a Return Request
We now offer a self-service return portal for your convenience!
1.Click the profile icon in the top right corner of our website.
2.Log in to your account:
-Enter your email address and click Continue.
-Check your email and enter the 6-digit verification code sent from our store.
3. Select your order and click Request return.
4. Choose the item(s) you'd like to return, select a reason, and add an optional note*.
*If an item arrives to you damaged, please send a clear photo of the damage to our email with your order number as the subject.
5. Click Submit.
If your return is approved and requires shipping, you’ll receive an email with further instructions. Once we receive your item, we’ll issue your store credit.
